General Questions
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! Our rush charges are fluid and variable and are largely determined by how much time you'd like to shave off of our standard turn times, existing workload, and difficulty of production.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Absolutely! If you want to pay with a purchase order, send an email to service@caddy-shack.com and we will email you instructions.
What is your email address for orders?
Send your purchase order to service@caddy-shack.com
What file of artwork do you require?
We accept pretty much anything you can throw at us! (jpg, gif, tif, pdf, png, ai, eps)
What if I need less than the minimum?
We may accommodate any less than minimum requests based on current capacity and with an additional charge. Please contact CS for more information.
